Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working based in Budapest, Hungary. Utilize your language skills and bring your customer-focused mindset, the company will take care of the rest! Part-timers, fresh grads and experienced professionals are welcome. Responsibilities: Be in contact with customers via chat and email, and occasionally phone Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers Cooperate with customers, and internal teams Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements

Strong language skills in Finnish - you would be confident to use it in your work daily, verbally and written as wellIntermediate English knowledge Customer service experience is an advantageCustomer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills Willingness to learn new skills and work in an international environmentIf necessary, willingness to work in different shift setting
