Requirements
Skills: Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) – both written and verbal.Professional working proficiency in English.Minimum 1 year of experience in a ServiceDesk or similar technical support role.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prefered Experience: Previous experience in telecommunications or IT support.Familiarity with service management tools and processes.Job:Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Log and track all incidents and requests in the service management system.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership of the case.Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence and meet performance targets.Maintain a detailed knowledge of products, services, and systems to provide effective support.
Offer
Base Salary: HUF 580,000 - 733,000 gross (negotiable for highly experienced candidates).Starting Bonus: HUF 819,000 gross for signing with us as an assistance.Hybrid Work Model:During training: 2-3 days in the office per week.After training: 1 day in the office per week.Opportunity to work on a brand-new project, with growth and development potential.Housing assistance up to 1,700 euro split in monthly instalments for housing assistance.
