Requirements

Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) and good command of English (C1).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using desktop computer systems and MS Office applications.Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement.Willingness to relocate to Budapest and flexibility to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
