Maintain service - and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEscalate potential service issues. To follow all the processes and procedures of the projectEnsure contractual SLA is maintained Concentrix is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level in French and advanced level of EnglishHave working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS OfficeHave good disposition to work in a customer service environmentHave customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs and basic sales skills-Upselling and cross-sellingCan take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution It will be a plus if you have:Sales background/experience If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
