We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service by handling incoming email inquiries, engaging in live chat support, and answering phone calls from clients. This position requires working on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 support availability.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, and telephone.Deliver high-quality support to resolve client issues and provide information.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Legal Right: Must be an EU passport holderEducation: University degree or equivalent qualification.Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, within a 24/7 shift system.Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.Training: One month of comprehensive training provided.

Offer
