We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Portuguese or Spanish-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists (GenAI) for an on-site role in Athens, Greece.In this role, you will support one of the world’s leading social media platforms, working on content moderation and AI safety. You will help ensure that online content meets platform guidelines while contributing to the improvement of AI systems in a fast-evolving digital environment.Your RoleReview, classify, and moderate content based on platform policies and community guidelinesAnalyze and label data to support the development and improvement of AI systems (GenAI)Identify and handle sensitive or inappropriate content with accuracy and consistencyInvestigate and resolve complex content-related issuesProvide high-quality input to support AI training and optimizationUse internal tools to manage and process content efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency in decision-making

Requirements

Fluent Portuguese  or Spanish (C1/C2) – this will be your main working languageGood level of English (B2) for training and internal communicationExperience in content moderation, customer support, or similar roles is a plusStrong analytical and decision-making skillsGood understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital cultureAbility to work with large volumes of content in a structured wayHigh attention to detail and strong sense of responsibilityEmotional resilience and ability to handle potentially sensitive content
