Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology thatdelivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we arelooking for – Travel Support Agent with German.Responsibilities:*Deliver exceptional support to hotel guests by handling incoming calls in German withconfidence and care;*Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and a wide range of travel-related inquiries;*Turn challenging situations into positive experiences by resolving concerns withprofessionalism and empathy;*Provide detailed and engaging information about hotels, resorts, and vacation destinations;*Accurately document all customer interactions to ensure seamless service;*Collaborate with internal teams to quickly and effectively resolve customer needs.Qualifications:*Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills;*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential—we value motivation and attitude;*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in dynamic situations;*Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends;*Great organizational skills with attention to detail;*A positive, friendly, and customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.Our client offers:*Full-time position, 39 hours a week from Monday to Sunday 8AM to 10PM, with alternating weekend;*Competitive salary with additional role and language complements, as well as performance-based incentives;*One-time signing bonus for external candidates and recurring loyalty bonuses every three months;*22 business days of annual leave, with compensation for working on Spanish publicholidays, following national labor laws;*Permanent employment contract in an established company;*Fully paid training from day one.If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
