Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
Requirements
