The Role:We are looking for a passionate and energetic Partner Relations Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Partners. This role involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company’s product offerings and market presence.The main responsibilities of the position include:Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime valueAct as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalised supportMonitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordinglyAnalyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and servicesStay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to PartnersCommunicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teamsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention effortsUndertake any other relevant task as assigned
Requirements
Main requirements:Degree in a business-related fieldExperience in a similar position will be considered an advantageFluent Taiwanese and Mandarin speaker with excellent oral and written skills in EnglishAbility to build and maintain excellent business relationshipsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTarget-oriented and resourcefulAbility to work autonomously and under pressure
