- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email and chat, providing friendly and professional assistance.- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, guiding customers through solutions step-by-step.- Document customer interactions, issues and solutions accurately in the CRM system.- Collaborate with peers and other departments to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction.- Contribute to process improvements by identifying common issues and sharing feedback with the team.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Swedish speaker with excellent English communication skills.- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills with a service-minded approach.- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively and work independently.- Comfortable using social media, digital platforms and modern technology.- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece and ability to relocate to Athens.- Positive attitude and willingness to work in an international team environment.
