Join our team in Athens as an Swedish Customer Service Specialist. Assist with sales, aftersales, delivery queries, and product-related issues. Troubleshoot technical problems using your knowledge of products and resources. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Meet performance KPIs including NPS, AHT, FCR, and QA scores.

Requirements

Language Skills: Native or C2 level in Swedish, and B2 level in English. Experience: Previous customer service experience is required. Technical Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and the ability to work with multiple applications. Personality: Affinity for technology, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.

Offer

Competitive Salary: €1300 per month. Monthly Bonus: Performance-based bonuses up to €150. Relocation Package: Support for relocating to Greece. Work Schedule: Flexible hours between Monday to Sunday, 09:00-21:00. Training: 11 days of comprehensive training. Work from Home: Transition to remote work after initial training (as per client guidelines).
