Manage teams of inbound contact center agents.Monitor and audit calls and processes.Define strategic objectives to achieve predefined goals.Control operational KPIs.Present continuous improvement suggestions to enhance team profitability and performance.Energize, motivate, and coach the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in contact center supervision (mandatory).Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound campaigns (mandatory).Minimum education of 12th grade.Native Spanish speaker.Proficient Portuguese and/or English would be an added value.Basic user-level IT skills.Strong leadership, motivation, and team training abilities.Ability to handle stress and manage time effectively.

Compensation:In addition to a base salary (above the national average), we offer meal allowances and an attractive commission plan. Working hours:Full-time (Monday to Sunday, rotating schedules between 7AM and 8 pm). Excellent opportunity to work in a multinational company.
