Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.Your typical day:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.Also, you will be maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.Additionally, you will be conducting research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

Excellent communication skillsNear Native level of Serbian, both written and verbalAdvanced knowledge of English, both written and verbalEU Passport or Eligibility to work in Bulgaria (have a residency permit in Bulgaria)Previous experience in customer service or a related fieldCustomer-oriented attitudeGood typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)Proficiency in using CRM systemsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work both on your own and within a teamHigh school education

Offer
