We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Ireland: €96000 - €98500 (EUR) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Drive extraordinary customer growth by thinking bigger in every engagement — always looking for ways to increase pitch size while being anchored in customer value. Partner with cross-functional team members to proactively win back market share from key digital participants. Deliver exceptional customer proximity with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer and optimizing their advertising with product expertise. Update and upskill clients on recommended Google products, solutions or strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and Apps. Embrace an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools internally and pitching the Google Gemini AI advantage to drive business transformation for our customers.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles. Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred qualifications: Experience in crafting and pitching compelling sales narratives. Experience in performance or media agency sales. Strong sales capabilities (client/industry). Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
