Itexim is looking for a person to join the team as a:Sales Trainer with Czech and EnglishJoining us you will be responsible for:- Conducting sales, product and quality training dedicated to Client Relations Specialists- Analysing and obtaining information on training needs and translating the results into training programmes and tools- Execution of coaching in order to increase the indicated sales and quality indicators- Creation and updating of training materials, knowledge base contents, manuals, tutorials and other materials being carriers of knowledge for sales teams- Development of training methods by using available solutions to increase their effectiveness and quality- Cooperation with the Quality department and the Team Leaders
Requirements
You are the person we are looking for, if: - You have min. 1 year of experience in training and development especially in area of sales/customer service- You speak Czech at a native level and you are able to conduct training sessions in English- You know sales techniques and training tools or have experience in telephone customer service- You have practical experience in applying online training solutions
