We are a company specializing in creating animated safety videos for several industries, including construction. Our content helps businesses improve safety standards through engaging and effective visual communication.We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to book qualified meetings for our sales team. Once fully ramped up, you are expected to book approximately 2 meetings per day.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and reach out to companies within the target segmentBook qualified meetings for the sales teamMaintain a consistent pipeline of leadsFollow up with prospects and nurture relationshipsCollaborate closely with colleagues to ensure meeting quality

Requirements

Strong communication and persuasion skillsResults-driven mindset with a “get things done” attitudeAbility to work independently and stay organizedComfortable working with targets and KPIsEU passportFluent in Swedish 

Offer

Base Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 SEK/monthBonus:2,200 SEK per booked meeting that converts into a saleApprox. 40% closing rate on booked meetingsOn-Target Earnings (OTE):~13 closed sales/month = up to 60,000 SEK/month
