What will you do:Proactively approach potential customers, building strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.Present our range of products to potential customers, highlighting benefits and unique features to generate interest and thereby drive sales.Effectively manage your own customer base, follow up leads closely and negotiate deals to successfully convert them.Conduct thorough market research to keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, identify new sales opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues quickly and maintain long-term relationships that, in the future lead to repeat purchases.Work closely with the after-sales and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned.Working with CRM programs such as SAGE and Hubspot.
