Requirements

• You speak German at a native level and can also communicate well in English.• You enjoy communicating with customers and proactively try to find satisfactory solutions for them.• You always keep a cool head, even in heated situations.• You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and your way of working is characterized by independence and proactivity.• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.• Valid EU passport/Working Visa
