Our client is a leading international company in the home appliance insurance sector.As part of the Telesales department, your main tasks will include:Making outbound calls to potential B2C customers.Promoting and selling the company’s products/services by clearly communicating their value and benefits.Building trust and empathy with prospects to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.Managing and following up on leads provided by the company, ensuring effective communication.Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.Accurately updating customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.Collaborating with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer focus.Providing an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
Requirements
Native-level Dutch and fluent in Spanish.At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.Ability to make decisions independently.Good command of Excel.Solid knowledge of sales techniques, performance evaluation, and team motivation.
Offer
