Requirements

Requirements:Fluent in Romanian (C2 level)Good command of English (B1 level or higher)Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused approachAbility to handle issues quickly, calmly, and effectivelyPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not required – comprehensive training is providedTo get this position you need to be an EU citizen or have a full right permit to work and live in Bulgaria
