Your schedule will be tailored to align with the dynamic sporting calendar, working five 8-hour shifts per week between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00; including evenings, weekends and public holidays.In addition to being fluent in Dutch, it is necessary for you to have a good standard of verbal and written English, as all training, training material, work tools, systems and internal company communications will be in English.As this is a working from home position, you will be required to have a fixed address in the Netherlands to ensure all relevant pre-employment checks can be conducted ahead of the start date.The role is offered for an initial term of 12 months. Contract renewal will be considered upon successful completion assuming established performance objectives have been met. Your OnboardingOur onboarding process will bring you to our Operational Hub in Malta where you will meet the rest of your team and receive two weeks of initial training.We will pay your travel costs and provide you with accommodation and a subsistence allowance throughout your stay.During your visit, you’ll build a foundation for success before continuing with virtual learning and ongoing support from our dedicated in-house training and induction teams from your home in the Netherlands. Main ResponsibilitiesBeing a key player in our multi-skilled customer service team, providing a positive and seamless experience through Live Chat and email.Resolving customer queries related to betting, payments, and accounts with efficiency and a first-time resolution mindset.Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.Listening attentively to customer needs, taking ownership of their queries and responding in a professional and empathetic manner.Being a brand ambassador for bet365, promoting our values and ensuring customer satisfaction.Staying up-to-date on our policies, procedures, and licensing requirements to provide accurate information to customers.Championning responsible gaming practices and advocating for bet365's Safer Gambling Mission Statement. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Fluent proficiency in verbal and written Dutch communication.Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently respond to the diverse customer groups.Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Efficient task management and the capacity to handle multiple interactions simultaneously.Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM platforms is preferred.Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace in your home in the Netherlands.
