You will ensure that the Apple Shop Program is executed with the highest quality, has the best customer experience, and the best results.Your ProfileYou have a passion for maximizing your team's potential in a retail environment, driven by the values Apple stands for. You thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented, and open culture where collaboration is central.What You Will Do in This RoleThe role consists of three pillars: People, Partner, and Sales management.People ManagementAt Apple, we believe that teamwork and innovation lead to the best results. You will be responsible for your own team of about 12 Apple Shop Leaders, spread across 10 Media Markt locations. The ideal candidate can inspire, coach, and continuously develop and challenge their team.Partner ManagementIn addition to people management, building and maintaining an excellent relationship with our partner is an essential part of the role. You will create development plans for your region and execute them together with your team, in close collaboration with Media Markt. You will discuss progress and results during regular business update meetings with the management of the stores. Additionally, you will ensure that the quality of product presentations in the stores remains at the highest level. “Retail is detail.”Sales ManagementYou will work with weekly sales result reports, gaining detailed insights and translating them into recommendations for your sales team. Analyzing and identifying potential challenges and opportunities will also be part of your role. Requirements

Minimum QualificationsAt least 5 years of managerial experience in people and sales management in a dynamic and results-oriented environment, with a proven track record of developing a customer-focused mindset within your team.You have completed a degree at HBO or WO level.Your locations are located in Southern Netherlands (Limburg, Brabant, and Zeeland), and we expect your daily travel time to align with this.Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.Preferred QualificationsYou possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and are accustomed to managing, motivating, and developing remote teams.You draw energy from motivating, coaching, training, and supporting your team, ensuring they consistently deliver a great customer experience and achieve optimal results.You have a proactive, independent work attitude and know how to handle conflicting interests. You do not shy away from challenges to achieve the best results for Apple and our partner.Your work week will consist of visiting employees and locations, preparing appointments, conducting evaluations, and attending team meetings.It is expected that you will spend about 80% of your time on store visits and 20% on preparatory office work or team meetings.
