Job Title: Project Administrator – German & EnglishJob Type: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri) onsiteLocation: Dublin City CentreSalary: OTE €34-35,000 + bonus + benefits ( including health insurance, pension, growing annual leave scheme, gym membership and more)  We are looking for a Project Administrator with Fluent German & English to join a growing telecommunications company based in the Dublin City Centre. In this role you will be supporting the greater project team in organising and planning the key metrics in ensuring the project is ready to launch. You manage all the paperwork and liaise with various external and internal parties to ensure everything is verifying and signed off on. This an amazing opportunity to become part of the team! 

Requirements

Responsibilities:Examining contracts and accurately inputting data into databases.Printing/digitising confidential contracts and ensuring punctual dispatch.Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail while adhering to deadlines.Managing multiple databases and ensuring ongoing organisation.Coordinating with other teams and external parties as necessary.Flourishing in an international setting alongside other skilled and creative professionals.
