Description
The Polish Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone and electronic channels to provide information, process inquiries, address concerns, and handle requests. The role involves facilitating client communication, assisting with documentation, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring exceptional customer support. Main Duties:Provide information on the "Know Your Client" procedure and required documentation.Assist in collecting and managing client documentation as per company policy.Translate client queries and requests for the company.Coordinate with AML/Compliance departments for client onboarding and due diligence.Collaborate with brokerage and back-office departments for client support.Promptly respond to customer inquiries and follow up on interactions.Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.Direct unresolved issues to appropriate resources.
Requirements
Key Requirements:Fluent in Polish and English, both verbal and written.Strong communication and service orientation skills.Prior customer support experience is advantageous.Desire to learn and develop professionally.
