We are looking for junior Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing iGaming company in Limassol.As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with the company’s clients and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent the company’s brand, ensuring a professional, polite, and responsible customer experience.Assist customers via live chat and email (majority of interactions)Handle up to 3 chats simultaneouslyLimited inbound phone callsVerify customer documentation (ID checks)Ensure high customer satisfactionWork on a 24/7 rotational shift basis

Requirements

Serious candidates ready to commit long-termFluent Portuguese and English speakersAt least 6 months of experience in customer support Positive, down-to-earth, and polite personalityAvailability to work shifts (including nights)European passport (mandatory)
