The business focuses on asset management, operations, maintenance, and toll collection services. It holds major stakes in several road concessions across Portugal and continues to grow internationally, with a strong focus on innovation and efficiency. Role Overview You’ll handle customer support through phone and email in both Polish and English. The role involves helping customers with questions, managing toll-related issues, and supporting revenue collection activities. You’ll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering clear and helpful service. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for vehicles over 3.5 tons Support drivers, transport companies, and logistics partners Answer questions about road usage and regulations Ensure accurate toll collection and resolve related issues Handle debt-related communication when needed Promote relevant services where appropriate Help meet team and company targets Working Hours 40 hours per week 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break Rotational schedule covering 24/7 operations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
