Do you want to work in an international environment?Our client is a leading international business school, recognized for its innovations and its strong positive impact in the service of its community, organizations and society, thanks to the excellence of its research, its training and the commitment of its teams.We are looking for a Operation Coordinator of Sales and Public Relations, your main mission will be the management of all the operations of the sales process of the different academic programmes, as well as maintaining the relationship with our prescribers.- You will manage the relationship with our prescribers (agents and counsellors).- You will manage strategic growth of the prescriber portfolio.- You will organize public relations events in collaboration with TLS.- You will prepare partial and final reports on the performance of prescribers.- You will operate and logistic management of participation in trade fairs.- You will be doing the organisation of JPAs.- You will be writing materialisation of the different Processes.
Requirements
You are the perfect candidate if you:- You have higher university degree, preferably in disciplines related to business and/or marketing.- You have a high level of Spanish and English (C1.) French would be an advantage.- You have good command of WINDOWS word processing and document presentation programs, as well as Internet browsers.- You have experience in the area of business development and/or admissions (in business schools or universities) or, failing that, in companies in the service sector.- You have proven experience in public relations for B2B business development.- You have high capacity for autonomy- You have a good organisation and thoroughness to manage several projects at the same time.- You have strong oral and written communication skills.- You have adaptability to different interlocutors and profiles.
