Role: As an Onsite Concierge Assistant within the Conciergerie & Stay team, you will play a supportive role in managing and assisting our clients on-site with property and concierge requests. You will assist the team in welcoming our international clients across various rental properties, ensuring the standards of the Le Collectionist brand are upheld. Working closely with the Pre Arrival team, you will help consolidate a network of local partners to offer the highest quality services and experiences to our clients. Objectives: Preparation Before Stays Participate in property visits for upcoming client arrivals. Support the Pre Arrival team in gathering the necessary information for stay preparations. Assist in updating property information in internal tools. Contribute to property preparations (groceries, gifts, equipment) for client arrivals. Assist the team in contacting clients before their arrival. Client Welcome and Stay Follow-up Welcome clients alongside the team, ensuring the villa is ready and in excellent condition. Participate in villa introductions and orient clients on amenities. Be available to support any concierge requests or service modifications. Observe and learn procedures for payment management and processing. Check-out and End-of-Stay Follow-up Assist the team with a smooth check-out and help inspect the property in the presence of clients. Contribute to documenting final observations and any damages. Help with billing and payment follow-up in collaboration with the Pre Arrival team. Administration and Payment Management Support the team with invoicing and payment collection in collaboration with the Pre Arrival team. Document observations regarding the condition of properties after client stays. Hours and Specific Requirements ⚠️ Our on-site presence and industry standards require work on Saturdays and Sundays (hospitality model), especially during the high season. Work is organized on a rotation basis with the rest of the on-site team, and overtime can be compensated with time off.
