We've got the perfect role for you, right from the comfort of your own home!                       Your Mission? Assist customers with technical troubleshooting. Provide digital support for a range of products and services. Diagnose issues and find solutions – like a tech wizard! Work closely with the team to keep improving the customer experience. 

Requirements

Native/fluent in Norwegian (mandatory) + Fluent English (mandatory) A good and detailed knowledge of IT Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, Network protocols... Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
