Location: Qormi, MaltaThe Role: Norwegian speaking Customer Advisor - HybridSalary: €1625 gross per monthRelocation package: Up to €200 reimbursement for flights (paid after probation) and 5 days hotel stay. We have a fantastic new opportunity with our client on the island of Malta for Norwegian speakers to join a fantastic international team of Customer Advisors. Their office is based in the centre of the island but there is the option to work from home from anywhere in Malta once you are fully trained up.  The roleOur client is a fast growing tech-company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces around the world. As a Customer Advisor you will be supporting users with queries via email. You will be also moderating ads and user-profiles with high accuracy. You will make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn't include any illegal items, and much more. This is a very busy role in a fast paced environment, which suits someone that wants to make a positive impact on the digital world.  

Requirements

The Successful Customer Advisor has: Fluent in Norwegian and have good knowledge of EnglishFlexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environmentExcellent attention to detailIdeally interested in marketplaces, shared economy and new technologyPrevious experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
