Norwegian-Speaking Ads Sales Executive Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonus About the Role As an Ads Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with Norwegian companies and agency partners to create tailored digital advertising strategies. You’ll be part of a target-driven environment, helping grow the client’s customer base across EMEA while contributing to the evolving online marketing landscape in Spain. What You’ll Do Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by offering tailored, performance-driven solutions Provide strategic advice to help clients get the most out of their advertising budgets Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a great customer experience Connect with clients through phone, video calls, and email on a regular basis What We’re Looking For BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Native or C2-level Norwegian and strong English skills 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills A team player who’s adaptable, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Genuine interest in marketing, tech, and online advertising, with a willingness to learn Nice to Have A mindset focused on improving processes and efficiency Strong collaboration and communication skills Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships Open-mindedness and appreciation for different perspectives Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills A proactive, solution-focused approach Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity What You’ll Get Full-time role (39 hours/week) with a hybrid setup in Barcelona Competitive salary + performance bonus Referral bonus of up to €2,000 Relocation package (flight + accommodation support) Private health insurance Ongoing training and certifications Clear career progression with coaching support A social and dynamic workplace with regular team activities and contests Modern office in a prime Barcelona location
