As an AI Language Engineer you contribute your expertise in language and computational linguistics to develop and fine-tune natural language processing (NLP) systems to ensure they accurately understand and generate human language. You work with other teams to optimize language models that power various AI applications.Key Responsibilities:Develop natural language processing code specific to Norwegian languageAutomate and integrate workflows from diverse systemsContribute ideas for innovative approaches and product features relevant to a specific culture or marketProvide clever solutions to complex problemsGiving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-developmentNo people management accountabilities

Requirements

Competencies:Native fluency in NorwegianAbility to classify and retrieve informationKnowledge in natural language processing, machine learning or related sub-fieldDevelopment in iOS or Mac OS XFamiliar with Java, Python and Shell scriptingCreative and critical thinkingExpert troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAvailable to work onsite at the client's premisesUser driven focusExperience with one or more version control systems, with a preference for GitQualifications:1 year of experience in Engineering; proven track record in delivering product-quality codeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldsNative speaker of Norwegian with the ability to work in English speaking environment
