We're looking for a Norwegian & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products. ✅ Duties and Responsibilities:✔️ Communication with customers via online chats and e-mails;✔️ Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers;✔️ Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements;✔️ Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;✔️ Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.
Requirements
✅ Requirements:✔️ Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English skills;✔️ Ability to work in a multitasking environment;✔️ Analytical skills;✔️ Attention to detail;✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
