You'll join the company directly as an in-house employee, working in a stable international environment with real career development opportunities.The Role:As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll become the trusted point of contact for German-speaking VIP members, helping them organize and coordinate premium lifestyle and travel experiences.Your daily responsibilities include:Assisting VIP clients via phone, email and chat in German and EnglishOrganising flights, hotels, restaurant reservations and private transportationRecommending exclusive restaurants, events, shopping destinations and cultural experiencesCoordinating tailor-made travel itineraries and lifestyle requestsManaging urgent requests with professionalism, efficiency and discretionWorking closely with international teams to deliver first-class customer experiencesBuilding long-term relationships by providing highly personalized serviceUnlike traditional customer service roles, the focus is on quality rather than quantity, with approximately 10–20 customer interactions per day, allowing you to dedicate time to each individual request.What We're Looking For:Native or fluent German (C1/C2)Good English skills (B2 or higher)Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, airlines, luxury retail or similar customer-facing rolesPassion for travel, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressureAvailability to work in a rotating 24/7 shift scheduleExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk or similar platforms is an advantage but not required, as full training is provided.What You Can Expect:Permanent direct contract with an international in-house companyAnnual gross salary of €21,000 (paid over 14 months)Quarterly performance bonus of up to €69825% night shift allowanceMeal allowance of €8 net per working day€30 monthly transportation allowancePrivate health insurance (including dental & optical) after 6 monthsHybrid working model after successfully completing the onboarding periodComprehensive onboarding with dedicated training and ongoing supportModern office located on the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade in the heart of LisbonWhy Join?This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working with people, love travel and luxury experiences, and are looking for a long-term career outside the traditional BPO environment.You'll join a company that values service excellence, invests in employee development, and offers genuine opportunities to grow into senior, specialist or leadership positions.If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences and want to be part of a premium international team, we'd love to hear from you.
