German Speaking luxury car Advisor - Work from Home Passionate about technology and automobiles? As a German Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be providing assistance to one of the worlds top respect car manufacturers customers, while working remotely from Greece. Role Overview:You'll respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats, helping customers navigate Our digital products and applications. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to mobile networks, internet connectivity, and Audi Connect services such as remote lock/unlock, pre-heating the car, and managing infotainment systems. You'll also assist with inquiries about electromobility and charging through the app.If an issue requires deeper investigation, you'll escalate it to the Tier 2 support team, who work behind the scenes to resolve complex technical problems. With an average of 20 contacts per day, you’ll use multiple tools to provide efficient and effective support.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for digital products and services.Assist customers with inquiries related to Connect, electromobility, and infotainment systems.Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:Candidates who have a solid understanding of SIM cards, SD cards, servers, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. You should be comfortable using smartphones and internet applications, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
