Main ResponsibilitiesEffectively troubleshoot issues with urgency, aiming to resolve customer cases on the first contactHandle incoming calls and emails regarding product features, mobile/web app issues, account questions, and general inquiriesBecome a product expert — you will know the Fleet Complete solutions inside outRepresent the company in a positive, professional, and customer‑focused mannerMaintain and update internal databases with accurate case informationBuild strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction
Requirements
Already based in GreeceMinimum 1 year of experience in customer support or administration within a tech/software environmentAbility to identify issues through conversation and provide quick, effective solutionsExcellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics clearlyExperience building and maintaining customer relationshipsStrong multitasking and prioritization abilitiesSelf‑motivated, independent, and reliableExperience with Salesforce is considered an asset
