Western Union powers your pursuit.We’re seeking for a Junior Analyst in Western Union Digital Review Team, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of the team who analyzes digital money transfers and prevents fraudulent activity. Role ResponsibilitiesAnalyze digital money transfers to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.Communicate with Western Union customers to verify details regarding specific money transfer (incoming/outgoing calls, emails).Review documents provided by customers to verify their Western Union profile.Decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular handling procedures.Leading or being involved in department-related initiatives.Serve our global customers in English and German languages.Attend initial training thoroughly and pass all the required assessments. Role RequirementsFluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.Fluency in German with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.Customer service experience would be considered an advantage.A college degree is highly preferred.Strong communication skills together with customer-oriented mindset.Independent decision-making with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Computer literacy.Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). SalaryThe monthly gross base salary range is 1175 - 1733 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
