Italian Speaking Content Moderators - Office basedLisbon, PortugalOur client is recruiting Italian speakers.Gross salary per month is €1040 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment)Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors. Job DutiesDealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets. Essential CriteriaNative level Italian and English.At least some customer service experience,.Good general IT skills. Please only apply if you are happy to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite and speak a good level of English.
