Responsibilities include to communicate with customers responding to their inquiries via e-mail, chat & phoneProviding how-to-use steps for their newly bought deviceGuiding customers to arrange a repair if needed40 Hours a week (5 days on, 2 days off per week)

Requirements

Native Italian or Spanish speaker Good level of English (B2) Being communicative Have a good soft skills over the phone Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
