This role is with a global leader in customer service outsourcing, supporting customers of a well-known premium brand. As an Italian-speaking Customer Expert, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with purchases, and troubleshoot product-related issues, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. ✔ Handle inbound calls and respond to Italian-speaking customer inquiries ✔ Support customers with sales, aftersales assistance, and technical troubleshooting ✔ Navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual desktop applications efficiently ✔ Provide expert guidance on product-related issues ✔ Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed ✔ Maintain high-performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and response time Before you begin, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
Requirements
