Let’s shapethe future together! For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenuegrowth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for- Inside Sales Representative with Spanish and English (Remote). Responsibilities:*Manage and grow sales within an assigned client territory;*Identify and qualify potential leads from the provided database;*Make proactive outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries from campaigns and events;*Deliver clear and helpful product information to prospects and address their questions;*Keep customer data accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system;*Work closely with teams to streamline sales workflows and boost customer satisfaction. Qualifications:*Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written;*Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles;*Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and targets;*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively;*Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;*Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and adapt quickly. Our client offers:*Monday-Friday, later shift (remote option);*Employee benefits, including discounts and a Multisport Card;*Monthly allowance for transportation/internet (on top of salary);*Bonuses for major life events (marriage, childbirth, graduation);*Health and dental insurance, plus life insurance coverage;*Performance-based bonuses;*Office near convenient public transport. If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
