Requirements

Requirements Native or C2 level Icelandic Advanced English Strong written and spoken communication skills Good computer skills including Office 365 and CRM systems Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Goal-oriented and customer focused Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage Candidates must already be living in Barcelona
