Your ShiftWorking Hours: between 8am and 2am - 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per monthWork setup: this role is Warsaw-based, relocation support provided after remote startResponsibilities:Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken;Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Attention to details;Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
