Hungarian Speaking Order Support Specialists – Office based or Remote within 60 minutes of LisbonRemote anywhere in Portugal€1068 per month gross with free accommodation ie own room in shared apartment OR €1270 per month gross with no accommodation.Our client is recruiting Hungarian Speaking Order Support Specialists, candidates can be located within 60 minutes of Lisbon.Backoffice Responsibilities:The core of the role involves handling customer inquiries, including:Responding to inbound calls from customers who have replied to a callback request sent by our teamConducting outbound calls (when necessary) to clarify information with customersJob Responsibilities:* Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online orders* Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase* Liaise with partners to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction* Perform investigations to make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships* Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on issue resolutionRequirements:* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.* Ability to work under strict regulations and protocols* Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact customer and partner relationshipsOverall, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues.
