Please note that the project is set to begin in November/December, and we will only be considering applicants who are currently residing in Poland As a Data Labeller, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The Content Moderator will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues. RESPONSIBILITIESReview videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance accordingly to processes, policies and guidelinesRespond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appealsLiaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriateActions to resolve any situations that may arise during productionMake well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge Project overviewWork Days: Monday - FridayProject duration: 6 monthsRemote job opportunity, from any place in PolandWork cannot be performed from any other country

Requirements

Native fluency in HungarianFamiliar with the culture of Hungarian languageExperience within data annotation / labellingGreat attention to details and strong analytical skillsFast critical thinkingStrong time management skillsStrong self-organization, decision making with objectivityResilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content
