They are looking for a Helpdesk Agent with a Native/High level of Dutch for the project they have about theme parks. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.How will your day by day be?-You will receive incoming customer calls through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.-You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally.-You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.-You will maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
You are the perfect match if:- You have a Native or High level of Dutch.- You are fluent in English.
