The Pay: The base salary is roughly €2,900 gross per month. While the base is modest for Berlin, the real money comes from shift premiums (40-50% extra for nights and Sundays), which can boost your take-home pay.The Perks: The company offers a solid €3,000 total bonus package (€2,000 for signing/staying and €1,000 for moving expenses - minimum 100 km to Berlin, and it will be paid in a few payments).
