In this role, you’ll manage a diverse client portfolio in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your primary responsibility is to drive sustained growth by nurturing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and consulting on advertising solutions tailored to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Your fluency in Greek and English will be crucial in providing an exceptional client experience.  Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Proactively contact existing and potential customers daily through phone and email, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.New Business Development: Acquire new advertisers from the SMB market, helping them achieve their business goals through tailored ad strategies.Consultative Sales: Use existing client data to create customized advertising recommendations, supporting clients in achieving optimal results.Collaboration: Qualify businesses to transition to skilled account managers, supporting increased customer revenue and long-term growth.Sales Tools & Analytics: Utilize MS Excel, Salesforce, and other tools to research client needs, communicate effectively, and manage the sales process.Feedback Loop: Relay client feedback on advertising products to improve the company’s offerings and user experience. Ideal Candidate ProfileSales Skills: Strong consultative sales ability with a client-focused mindset.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze client data to derive insights and recommendations.Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy, and team-oriented environment.Adaptability: Willingness to experiment with new sales approaches and continuously improve.This role is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally in one of Europe’s tech capitals.
