Description
Customer Support Team Leader, you will take charge of a team, motivating and mentoring them in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Your key focus will be to ensure the team not only meets but exceeds our customer service goals, while maintaining high standards in staff availability, work output, and team cohesion. With ownership, you'll manage performance proactively, create improvement plans, and lead by example through effective communication and a solution-oriented mindset.We also have German customer support roles with salary from 1,600 to 1,700 gross also with Flight and 2 months Accommodation included.
Requirements
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to achieve both individual and collective goals in a changing environment.Performance Management: Actively monitor performance and devise plans to uplift underperforming team members.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed service goals, ensuring the team hits metrics like availability, workload management, and customer satisfaction.Workload Distribution: Effectively distribute daily tasks to ensure smooth operation and goal achievement.Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve procedures and implement consistent processes to enhance team performance.Meetings and Communication: Hold regular team meetings to align on priorities, share updates, and foster a collaborative team spirit.Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent communication with both internal and external contacts to ensure seamless operation.Language Skills: German Near-native fluency (C1) in a relevant market language, with manageable English skills (B1+) for communication.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment (BPO experience only, no helpdesk or tech support).Leadership: Proven experience managing teams in a high-pressure, customer-centric environment.Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenges, maintain performance, and motivate your team to consistently deliver top-notch results.
