If you’re service-oriented, resourceful, and ready to offer top-tier experiences, we’d love to hear from you.Your responsibilities and impact as a VIP Concierge will include: Managing requests from VIP clients via phone, email, and chat in German and EnglishCoordinating exclusive reservations and travel bookings tailored to client preferencesProviding expert advice on luxury dining, events, shopping, and cultural activitiesHandling urgent and complex requests with efficiency and discretionEnsuring an exceptional, personalized experience from start to finishSkills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:You are a native-level German speaker and have at least a B2 level of EnglishYou have experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or luxury servicesYou are a strong communicator with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetYou enjoy working with international clients and creating exceptional experiencesYou are adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in handling high expectationsWhat’s in it for you?
